Returns & Exchanges

Union Los Angeles accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all high-heat launches, limited edition collaborations, and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email for domestic returns.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
